This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on Calle de Madridejos in Usera. This 64 m² space is equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and a clothesline. Friends or a family can relax in their individually heated and fully furnished bedrooms, or spend time together in the sunny living room sharing meals or relaxing in the sofa.
Located in the colorful neighborhood of Usera, this apartment is less than 5 minutes' walk away from a shopping mall and local supermarkets, or a leisurely 3-minute stroll to the Parque de Olof Palmer. The Usera Metro station is also close to it, and down the street there are plenty of buses to take you central. In the vicinity of the apartment are libraries, gyms, and a post office - everything you need to call Madrid your new home.
