This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle del Mesón de Paredes, in Lavapiés, is nicely decorated and very charming. The 35 m² property has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a television, sofa, and dining table. One of the bedrooms is located in an attic level, and there is also 1 modern bathroom.
The apartment is located in a vibrant multicultural neighbourhood, within walking distance of most of the city's main attractions. Puerta del Sol is only 12 minutes away on foot, and you will find endless bars and restaurants to explore nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in a charming old building.
- The cozy open plan kitchen and living area will make a fantastic space to relax at the end of the day.
- There is a washing machine so you can take care of your laundry without leaving home.
- The apartment has been recently renovated, and is equipped with new furnishings.
- There is an AC unit which can be also be used as a heater.
- The apartment's location is hard to beat, with the best Madrid has to offer right outside your doorstep.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so you will tone your legs living here!
- The second bedroom is accessed via a steep ladder and has sloping celings.
