This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is located on Calle Angelita Cavero, in the north west of the San Blas suburb of Madrid. The living room features a combination of modern and antique furnishings which are brought to life by large glass windows. With 2 bathrooms and a stunning rooftop terrace, this apartment offers a luxurious style of living only 30 minutes outside of Madrid's main centre.
Close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants this is a great location which offers a convenient and quiet living environment. The Arturo Soria shopping centre is also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- This apartment features 2 stunning balconies and an even better rooftop terrace!
- One of the bathrooms has a large spa bath which is perfect for winter.
- The apartment is stylishly decorated throughout.
- There is a good amount of built-in and separate storage areas.
- This apartment has access to a pool which is really convenient.
Things to keep in mind
- The TV shown in the living room will not be available, though the one in the bedroom is.
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a sofa bed, and is more suitable to be used as a guest room or study.
- The kitchen is not equipped, so you will need to provide your own cooking and dining utensils.

- Right outside is a bus stop (serving buses 114 and N4) which you can use to make your way to Madrid city centre, It takes about 30 minutes. There are also other bus stops close by such as the stop at Arturo Soria - Josefa Valcárce which is 5 minutes walk and serves buses 21, 70 along with 114 and N4. Across the street to that is another bus stop going in the opposite direction serves the number 70 bus.
