Beautiful 1-bedoom attic apartment on Miguel Servet for rent in Lavapiés, central Madrid. This top level apartment features a luminous living and bedroom space with feature wood beams that travel the whole length of the ceiling. With a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom the space has everything you need to get settled into inner city life in Madrid. The bedroom features a large queen bed and offers lots of storage space.
Lavapiés, and especially Miguel Servet, places you right on the edge of the Centro district. This amazing central location is close to all Madrid city has to offer, including bars, restaurants, and historical centres such as Plaza Mayor.
What we liked the most
- The apartment enjoys a lot of natural light due to the multiple sky lights.
- There is an A/C unit in the living room, which can cool down the entire apartment on hot days.
- The floor is tiled, which is really handy for keeping it clean.
- You will find a supermarket and other amenities close by.
- The apartment features a phone service that people outside can use to call your apartment for access.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom ceiling is slanted, so tall people might find this space difficult to move around in.
- The apartment is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.
- Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment.
