This cozy 1-bedroom apartment on Calle del Pez, in Malasaña is beautifully furnished throughout and opens onto a large terrace, perfect for entertaining. The apartment is 65m² and has a tidy bathroom, a modern open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a separate bedroom with lots of storage.
The apartment is located in an iconic area, right in the city center, with easy access to shops, cafes and entertainment just outside your front door. The Madrid campus of Paraninfo Universidad Complutense University is also only blocks away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows and sky lights that let in plenty of natural light.
- You will have your own rooftop terrace in Malasaña!
- The washer-dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
- Wooden floors and beams add character to this beautiful flat.
- There is a heater and an AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
- The apartment is stylishly furnished with a dining set, couch, TV and outdoor furniture - simply move in and enjoy!
- You are a short walk away from the iconic Gran Via.
