This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Conde de Vilches, in Guindalera, has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated throughout. There is a cozy living area with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. One of the bedrooms opens out onto a balcony, and there is 1 modern bathroom.
The apartment is located in an upscale residential area, close to shops, supermarkets, and all the essential amenities. The iconic Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas bullring is located nearby, and you will find Metro and buses nearby to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- Both bedrooms are furnished with single beds, making this apartment ideal for friends travelling together.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to prepare your meals.
- There is also a dining table with 2 chairs.
- The apartment comes with gas heating to keep you comfortable during the cold winter months.
- There are several nice parks to explore within walking distance.

- There is no television in the apartment, but you are in Madrid, so you will find plenty to keep you entertained!
