This charming 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Prádena del Rincón, in Prosperidad, is fully furnished and comes equipped with gas heating and AC. There is a spacious living area with a sofa, television, and dining table, as well as a separate kitchen with an oven. The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, close to shops, restaurants and 2 minutes from the Intercambiador de Avenida América. If you are planning to get a car, the M30 motorway is also easily accessible.
What we liked the most
- The living area provides a comfortable space to relax with your flatmates.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 have large wardrobes and AC units.
- The bathroom offers good storage for your toiletries.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- This area is very well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen was not equipped at the time of our visit, but cooking utensils will be included by the time you move in.
- A washing machine and microwave will also be provided.
- Bedroom 1 does not have a wardrobe or AC unit.
