This bright 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Méjico, in Salamanca is fully furnished. The 45 m² property has a spacious kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a sunny terrace. The open plan living and kitchen area is nice and bright and has a comfortable sofa and small dining table.
The apartment is located on the fringe of the Salamanca neighbourhood, right next door to Guindalera. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, and the Metro is just a short stroll from the front door, so getting around Madrid is a breeze.
What we liked the most
- Salamanca is a beautiful neighbourhood to base yourself in Madrid.
- The apartment features nice polished wooden floors.
- The apartment is nice and bright and has a simple but stylish decor.
- There is a lot of shelf space for your belongings.
- Gas heating is installed throughout.
- The kitchen has plenty of bench space to cook.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen has modern appliances, but is not fully equipped and you will need to source your own pots, pans, and cutlery.
- Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment.
