In the residential district of Hortaleza, this lovely 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is modern and stylish. The apartment has wood flooring throughout, walls covered in art, and modern and elegant designs. All the rooms have large windows that keep them filled with natural light. The living room is furnished with a large, comfy couch, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table and laundry room. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
Hortaleza is a district located on the outskirts of the city, but it is well-connected by the Cercanías trains and the Metro. Living here provides you with easy access to the city center but a tranquil area to live. On Calle de Dulce Chacón, you are right across the street from a shopping center with tons of restaurants and even a 3D movie theater.
What we liked the most
- There is central AC – perfect for summer.
- All the rooms receive plenty of natural light.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- You have a shopping center right across the street.
- There is a 24 hour security system
- The IFEMA is only a 10-minute ride away
