Located in lively La Latina, this 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The 46 m² property has been renovated and has wood flooring, modern appliances, and colorful and stylish decor. The bedrooms are on opposite sides, giving you plenty of privacy with the fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom in the main corridor. The cozy living room has a couch, dining table, flat-screen TV, and opens up onto a small balcony.
On Calle Carnero, you are in the heart of one of Madrid's most famous flea markets, El Rastro. Every Sunday, street vendors and locals fill the streets looking for good bargains and unique finds. You are also just minutes away from several restaurants, small shops, and even a Universidad Carlos III campus.
What we liked the most
- There is AC in the living room, great for summer.
- The bathroom has a double-sink vanity.
- Bedroom 1 has direct access to the bathroom.
- Marcos, our Homechecker, loved the location!
