This warm 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Av. de la Ciudad de Barcelona is on the 5th floor. It’s a striking space with wood flooring, exposed brick walls, and wooden beam ceilings. Furnishings are modern and minimalist. There isn’t any clutter, which will suit some tenants just fine. Bedrooms are bright and simple. The stylish bathroom has a shower cabin and washing machine. And the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room is cozy, but comfortable.
It’s all about relaxing and living the good life in the Retiro neighborhood. Just around your block, you’ll discover a wine store, health club, and tanning salon. The sprawling Retiro Park is 20 minutes away. Inside, you can take a stroll and enjoy the Crystal Palace, or participate in multiple outdoor activities. There are lots of outdoor patio cafés and restaurants nearby. And you can shop in a couple of nearby supermarkets. One is just around the corner.
