A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartemnt with AC is available to rent near the Metro in La Latina. The apartment has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch and watch TV, or sit down to a delicious meal at the large dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 2-burner stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The bedroom is spacious, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things in the built-in wardrobe. The bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom, is modern and has a sizable shower.
You'll be living in La Latina, 1 of Madrid's most central, characteristic, and popular neighborhoods. The apartment is in front of the Mercado de la Cebada, and it is surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. And, with a Metro station just a short walk from the property, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
