This terrific 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle de Ayala is on the 4th floor. The building has a reception and a common swimming pool. Your apartment is no less wonderful. The blue and white decor is airy. Furnishings are welcoming. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to relax on.

You won’t miss out on a single thing living in Salamanca. Around every corner you’ll find upscale shops and fabulous restaurants. You’re 10 minutes away from the gourmet Platea Madrid market. You’re also near health clubs, shopping malls, theaters, and a cinema.
