A stylish 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony and AC is available to rent in Prosperidad. The apartment has a gorgeous living room, where you can relax on the beautiful couch and watch your favorite shows on TV after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher for quick cleanup.
The bedroom has lots of natural light, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things in the standalone wardrobe. In the modern bathroom, you'll find a huge walk-in shower. Luxurious!
You'll be living in Prosperidad, a well-connected and tranquil neighborhood just to the north of Madrid's exciting city center. Around the apartment, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to enjoy. And, with 2 Metro stations right down the street, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
