This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Sombrerería, in Lavapiés, is fully furnished and has been recently renovated. The 60 m² property spreads over 2 levels, offering an open plan kitchen and living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level, and a 2nd bedroom on an upper floor.
The apartment is located only 2 minutes from Plaza Lavapies, where you will find a supermarket, shops, cafes and the Metro. This lively area is also home to many bars, and is within walking distance of some of the best the city has to offer.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and receives good natural light.
- The apartment enjoys an excellent location, only 15 minutes on foot from Puerta del Sol.
- The beautiful Retiro Park is also within walking distance.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- There is AC and gas heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- You will also find a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is located at the top of a rather steep staircase, and does not have a wardrobe.
