This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Ciudad Universitaria is a stylish, move-in ready home. The apartment has wood flooring throughout and small decor throughout that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms both come with a single bed, and there is a spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen is also well-sized with a U-shape, which provides plenty of countertop space.
On Avenida de la Reina Victoria in Madrid's Ciudad Universitaria you are right next to the Guzman el Bueno Metro stop and less than a 10-minute walk from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. The location is especially ideal for students, but surrounded by plenty of basic amenities and public transportation is a great location for anyone.
