This beautiful and bright 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle del Meson de Paredes in Lavapies. This apartment has a well-furnished living room with couch, TV and a small dining table. Down the hall you can access the sleek kitchen and the well-polished bathroom which has a bath/shower, sink and toilet. Lastly you have the bedroom which has a large double bed, and walk-in wardrobe in which to store all your belongings.
This area in Madrid is beautifully busy with stunning architecture in every direction. There is so much to see and do in the areas such as going to restaurants with friends, watching a play at the theatre, working out at the nearby gym or dancing the night away in the local night clubs.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is located very centrally to the city of Madrid, which means there's always something to do an see in the area,
- There are multicultural restaurants and shops in the area, you'll always be able to try something new!
- There are a lot of pot plants in the apartment giving it a vibrant look.
- There is an elevator in the building so you won't have to walk up 3 flights of stairs every day.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you may need to cook.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking available in this apartment however the public transport in the area is excellent.
- There is no microwave in the kitchen so you may need to purchase your own or heat food up the old fashioned way, in the oven!
