This bright 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle de Lagasca is on the 2nd floor. The front door opens directly into the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room. There is a large window in this space, so you get ample natural light. The small L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. The rest of the room is attractively furnished with a sofa, TV, and dining table. This room also has AC. Crossing this space are two doors. One leads to the bathroom. The other opens to the double bedroom, which has a lovely balcony with a table and chairs.
Salamanca is a chic neighborhood filled with fantastic shops, boutiques, and restaurants. It’s also home to the Museo de Arte Público. It’s a cool outdoor museum with sculptures, and it’s only a 10-minute walk away. You’re close cinemas, shopping malls and even a few theaters. Plaza de Colón is just south of your new apartment. And there is a health club, wellness center, and cultural center nearby.

- There is a large window, which gives the main room ample light.
- The bedroom has a lovely furnished balcony.
