After entering through the front door there is a long narrow hallway. On one side of the hallway lies a table and mirror, on the other side there is a window facing out onto the courtyard. There is a storage closet at the end of the hallway. At the end of the corridor on the left is the dining room. There is a small round table and three chairs, and a large bookshelf. The kitchen is to the left of the dining area with all of your basic appliances. It has a refrigerator and cabinets opposite a storage closet, a natural gas stove with a butane gas tank underneath the washing machine. A window above the stove faces out onto the courtyard.

Through the dining room, after the kitchen entrance, there is another hallway on the left that leads to the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. In the hallway on the left before the bathroom there is another built-in closet. The first room on the left is the bathroom. On the right, there is a door leading to the living room, and straight ahead at the end of the hallway is the bedroom.

The living room is large and well-lit, with two windows facing the street. To the right is a large shelving unit with a television set. Across from the door in front of the window, there is a long table with two chairs that could be used as a desk. On the right is a couch with two arm chairs on either side. There is a small coffee table in the middle, and to the right of the couch is another (expandable) table. A lamp also sits to the left of the couch. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, bidet, sink, and a small window facing the courtyard.

The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, a chair, bedside table, and an electric heating unit. There is also a window facing the courtyard.
