Situated in the posh neighborhood of Salamanca, in a subdivision called Guindalera, this 40 square-meter apartment has a cozy feel. It is located on the third floor with access to an elevator. There is one bedroom and one main bathroom. There is space for entertaining, as well as plenty of sunlight to fill the rooms. About a 15 minute walk from IE's main MBA building.
Things to keep in mind
The apartment has the option of coming fully furnished. Currently there is a couch, television and vanity, and dinner table, in the living area. The kitchen comes with a small fridge, washing machine, and grill/microwave. There may be arrangements for a bed and cutlery to be included by the landlord. Utilities are not included. Parking is available at an extra cost.
