Simple yet lovely 1 bedroom apartment located 3 minutes away from the metro station Avenida de America. The area is a very traditional in Spanish culture, with traditional restaurants, cafes and shops. IE business school is a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. It is also a short walk from the Salamanca neighborhood which is home to the poshest shops and restaurants in Madrid.
