Modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located right in the center of Madrid between the Manzanares river and the Royal Palace, a fantastic area. The apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped, and the rooms are very bright with rooms facing the exterior. The flat is also close to public transportation with access to lines R, 10 & 6 that will take you throughout the city. This flat requires a minimum stay of 4 months.
The updated kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a washing machine. The living room has plenty of seating for entertaining guests, with two sofas and stools. The living room also has a TV, coffee table, and a small corner dining table with two chairs.
What we liked the most
- The flat has a fantastic feel to it and would be the perfect place to unwind after a days work or study. Everything has been designed with both style and function in mind creating a truly exceptional place to live.
- You will find great attention has been taken in the design of the flat. Details such as the sliding doors in the bathroom creating a huge shower and even the built in microwave in the sleek kitchen, will make this a great place to live.
- The living room has plenty of funky seating and a balcony which lets in lots of light, however the sliding wall to create a third room really steals the show. This would be perfect for hosting visitors for the night.
- The location is unbeatable. Just outside the flat one way is the unique Temblo Debod, a wonderful park with its own Egyptian temple and great views of the Royal Palace. In the other direction is the Royal Palace itself with all the spectacular gardens that is has to offer. Down the hill is the transport hub of Principe Pio and just up the hill is Plaza de Espana and the start of the centre of the city.
Things to keep in mind
- The rooms are both interior and therefore will have less light than an exterior room.
- The flat can only be rented as a whole, not by individual rooms.

A fabulous location, this flat is also less than a 5 minute walk from from the Temple de Debod, the Plaza de Espana, and the Royal Palace.
