Spotahome's opinion
This two bedroom, one bath apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen and living room have been remodeled to create an open floorplan with "American" style kitchen. Moncloa is known as the student district of Madrid, not only because of all the universities but also its nightlife.
What we liked the most
- The flat has access to its own patio which will be a great place to relax in the summer. Not only that but both rooms have doors that open directly out onto the patio, letting light and air into the spacious rooms and keeping them fresh.
- The common area is a great size and has a funky, retro kitchen, that is fully equipped.
- The location is perfect for students, especially for those studying at ICADE University which is one block away or in the Ciudad Universitaria which is just a short ride on the metro.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room, while a good size, is fairly sparse and does not have a TV.
- When using the patio it is important to keep in mind your neighbours whose flats overlook it and keep noise down to a minimum.

The flat is a short 5 minute walk to Argüelles metro which is served by lines 3,4 and 6. A 5 minute walk in the other direction is Metro San Bernardo, served by Lines 2 and 5. This flat is therefore extremely well connected, close to many of the cities universities and it's possible to get to the centre in just 8 minutes.
