This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Ruda in the heart of La Latina, one of central Madrid’s key neighborhoods. La Latina is famous for its tapas bars and El Rastro, the famous Sunday flea market where you can browse the numerous stands and sip on camas of beer and vermouth. The area of the apartment is 40 m2.

- The kitchen has a dishwasher, perfect for those who don’t like washing dishes
