This one-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle de Claudio Coello in Madrid’s Salamanca district, the affluent area of the city home to some of Madrid’s best shopping. This apartment is ideal for students at the IE Business School due to its proximity to campus and to the many offices along Paseo de la Castellana. The area of the apartment is 85 m2.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is huge with plenty of modern appliances and amenities: a dishwasher, ideal for those not keen on washing their dishes by hand, as well as an oven, microwave, and freezer
- There’s A/C all throughout the apartment, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- The living room is spacious with a separate living and dining area with plenty of space for entertaining and a large TV
- There’s a washer and dryer
- There are three exterior balconies: two off the bedroom and one off the living room
