This stylish and modern 2-bedroom apartment, which has AC, is available to rent on Calle San Hermenegildo. The property has a open-plan living room and kitchen where you have a comfy couch, a beautiful coffee table and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and the property is fashionably decorated with lots of cool artwork and details throughout.
The property is located in one of the trendiest areas in Madrid where you will find many fashionable restaurants, cool boutiques and exciting nightclubs. It is also right in the heart of the city, close to some of the most famous sights and many other popular areas. The streets outside are charmingly narrow and are home to friendly shops where you will be able to buy your basic amenities.

- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers.
