The apartment is also located on the border between Chueca and Gran Vía, which leads into the true center of Madrid. You’re also within walking distance of Malasaña as well as the major sites and Chueca’s trendy shops and boutiques, giving you the best of the city center all within walking distance. You’ll also have El Tigre, a popular bar, just steps from your apartment. The area of the apartment is 55 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- The kitchen is brand-new and modern, with a huge fridge and freezer, microwave, electric stove, and oven
- There’s also a dishwasher, ideal for those who don’t like washing their dishes by hand
- The living room is spacious, with a leather pull-out couch that has an exterior balcony with a double-crystal door that blocks out the noise
- The apartment has crisp paint and beautiful modern furniture
