This apartment is ideal for those wanting to live in the heart of the historic center with Huertas, Retiro, and all of the major touristic attractions all within walking distance of your apartment. This apartment also has some extra add-on options that make it friendly for families and for those with pets. The area of the apartment is 110 m2.

- The living room is large with a separate dining area for six people and a lounge area with a couch, TV, and an exterior balcony
- The building has a pool, with is fantastic for the summertime and an oasis from the urban center
