This two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex apartment is located in the Plaza Doctor Laguna in the Retiro area of Madrid. This apartment is ideal for those looking to live in an area that has some of the best public transport connections in the city and is on the border of the Salamanca district and the Retiro district. It’s also near the Parque del Buen Retiro, which is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the city’s most central park. The area of the apartment is 90 m2.
What we liked the most
- The open kitchen has a huge fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove, and dishwasher (perfect for those not keen on washing their dishes by hand)
- The living room is spacious with a dining room area and a pull-out bed for when you have guests
- The living room also has plenty of built-in storage unites and an incredible amount of light
