You will fall in love with this African style one bedroom apartment in the refined neighborhood of Salamanca. This spacious home has a total floor area of 85 sqm and has been tastefully decorated with a fun and exotic mix of accessories and artwork. It is located on Conde de Aranda street, minutes away from the beautiful Buen Retiro Park and within close proximity to both a metro station and a Cercanías train station, so getting around the city will be easy.
What we liked the most
- We love the decoration of this apartment, featuring a fantastic selection of African inspired items and earthy colors.
- The kitchen is well-appointed with a great range of cooking utensils and appliances including a microwave, oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher.
- The apartment is large and comfortable and all rooms are spacious.
- All bills are included in the monthly rent and bed linen and towels are provided.
- The apartment is nice and sunny, with plenty of big windows which let in nice natural light.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has twin beds making it suitable for both couples and friends travelling together.
- There is a sofa bed available in the living area.
