A bright and lively 95 sqm two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. This modern apartment is very nicely presented featuring a great selection of colourful artwork and decorations and vibrant coloured walls. It is located on Conde de Aranda street, in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca. This is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid, being central, well-connected and within close proximity to the beautiful Buen Retiro park and the world-renowned IE Business School. This apartment is perfect for families looking for a homely apartment in a safe neighborhood.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very modern and equipped with high quality furniture.
- The kitchen is ample and has a great range of appliances available as well as good storage space.
- There is a TV.
- The apartment is very well suited for a comfortable stay including having air-conditioning and central heating, so you will be nice and cozy all year-round.
- There is a table with two chairs in the kitchen where you can have a quick breakfast on the go as well as having a dining table with six chairs in the living area for a more formal sit-down meal.
