This 70 sqm home is surprisingly spacious for a one bedroom apartment, with all rooms offering plenty of free space to move around, resulting in a clean and clutter-free living space. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two large built-in wardrobes, and there is also a fully-equipped kitchen and a stylish bathroom. This interior apartment is quiet and bright, with soft natural lighting filtering in via large windows overlooking a lovely tree-lined courtyard. It is located on Calle Velayos, in the neighborhood of Fuencarral, and is ideal for couples wanting to live in a tranquil area away from the crowds, but still within easy access to the town centre.
What we liked the most
- The living area is a great space for inviting friends over for a drink or a meal, with two large sofas and a large glass dining table with four chairs.
- Both sofas open up to create double beds, providing you with the option of having friends over for the night.
- There is plenty of space to keep books, photo frames, or DVDs, with two bookcases in the living area and one in the bedroom.
- The spacious balcony is ideal for having breakfast outdoors while enjoying the views.
- In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, allowing you to do house chores fast and efficiently.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is very quiet, situated in a tranquil neighborhood away from the town centre. It is also interior facing a courtyard rather than the street, so you won't be bothered by street noise.
- The bathroom and kitchen are darker than the other rooms, as they don't face the courtyard.
