This tidy one one bedroom apartment has a total floor area of 50 sqm. It is located in Infantas street, in the lively neighborhood the Chueca, minutes from the Gran Via. This great flat is interior, making it nice and quiet, as it doesn't receive much street noise, even though you are right in the town centre.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has beautiful polished floors, freshly painted walls and is equipped with modern furniture.
- The open plan kitchen and living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table with chairs and a flat screen TV.
- The kitchen is small, but it is well equipped including a large fridge/freezer, an oven, a washing machine and a microwave.
- The bathroom is brand new and has a modern hydromassage shower.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior but receives good natural light.
- The bedroom only has an interior window overlooking the living room.
