This bright and stylish 1-bedroom apartment will make a fantastic home for an individual or couple looking for a modern and cozy home in an unbeatable central location. The 50 m² apartment has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room that opens up onto 2 balconies. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and the living room is a great space to entertain. The bedroom is separated by a large sliding door that allows for privacy as well as bigger and brighter home.
This exterior home is located on Esparteros street, right in the heart of Madrid, only 2 minutes away from Puerta del Sol, one of the city's most iconic landmarks. This site is considered to be “kilometre zero” from which all radial roads out of Madrid start. It doesn't get more central than this!
