This modern two bedroom apartment is perfect for families, with one double room and one twin room. It is very well presented throughout and has two nice small balconies. This superb home has a total floor area of 80 sqm, and it is located on San Nicolas street, right in the city centre. This fabulous central location will allow you to walk to some of the city's main points of interest. The stunning Sabatini Gardens, Plaza de Oriente and the impressive Royal Palace are all located steps away from the apartment. And the Paza Mayor, one of the city's most well-known landmark, is also within close proximity.
What we liked the most
- The sunny living area is very spacious and elegant. In it you will find two sofas, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs.
- In this room there is also a huge bookcase you can use the add your personal touch to this home by displaying photos and storing your books.
- There are two small balconies with nice street views.
- There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one ensuite to bedroom one, and the second one is shared.
- Both bedrooms have huge built-in wardrobes.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is interior and doesn't have a window. It is very well equipped, including having a handy dishwasher.
- Both bedrooms are interior, so your sleep won't be disturbed by any street noise. They both have windows overlooking an interior patio.
- Bedroom two is equipped with a single bed with another single roll out bed underneath.
