This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator.

This property which is located a few minutes walking from the Igelsia metro stop has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the exterior side of the building and overlooks the street below from the living room and the kitchen. It has ample common living space and the sofa is actually sofa bed which can easily convert into a double bed when you have friends or family staying over. The kitchen is also a great space to prepare meals and tapas for friends as it opens up into the kitchen over a bar area with 2 bar stools.
What we liked the most
- The couch can be folded out and turns into a convenient double bed for visiting guests.
- The kitchen opens onto the living room and is separated by a bar area, so you can serve your friends and family snacks and drinks directly from the kitchen.
- The living room has air conditioning which will come in handy during the hot summer months in Madrid!
Things to keep in mind
- To dry your clothes, you must go through bathroom #2 to access the ropes in the courtyard.
- You may have to temporarily move the bar stools in order to access the dishwasher.
