A recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, offering a very comfortable living space. Being interior and away from the street, this apartment enjoys of a soothing silent atmosphere which you will come to appreciate after a busy day in a bustling city like Madrid. This fantastic flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals and a pleasant living area with a large sofa where you can crash with a drink at the end of the day. It is located on Juan Pradillo street, in the neighbourhood of Tetuan, a busy commercial and residential area where you will find a variety of shops and amenities for your every-day needs. This apartment is a great option for students, as it is located approximately 15 minutes by foot from Ciudad Universitaria. This apartment has a floor area of 60 sqm.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 can be equipped with a single bed or a double bed, to suit the requirements of the first tenant to move in.
- Bedroom 2 has a single bed with another roll-out bed underneath.
- In the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs, allowing you to get the whole apartment together for a shared meal. This room has 2 windows, one overlooking a light-well and one with views to a courtyard.
- The apartment has one bathroom with a bathtub a small toilet with no shower, which is where you will find the washing machine.
- The kitchen comes with an electric stove and an oven, and there is also a practical dishwasher to lighten up your house-chores.
Things to keep in mind
- Even though you cannot see a TV in the photos or video, the landlord told us he will get one for the flat very soon.
- There is no conventional wardrobe in bedroom 2, but there are some shelves, a rack to hang your clothes and 2 chests or drawers placed together at the back of the room to create a storage space which can be hidden away behind some curtains.
- There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area only.
