This beautiful exterior apartment is just perfect, especially for students of the Polytechnic University or the Complutense University of Madrid. With an open plan kitchen, the cosy living room is able to get a lot of light from the big window with picturesque views. This apartment is perfectly suitable for up to two people, however, there are no restrictions on who can move in - excellent! The apartment also has a roofed laundry balcony, along with plenty of storage for your possessions. Still not convinced? It's located in the Ciudad Universitaria district, known to have a campus-style feel as it features many student residences, bars, gymnasiums and restaurants.
