We'd like to welcome you to this cosy one bedroom apartment, located on Calle los Vascos in the district of Ciudad Universitaria. The third floor apartment is very welcoming and the best part about it is that it's available to absolutely anyone. Its proximity to multiple university campuses makes it very ideal for students, but a couple or a professional can enjoy their stay in this beautiful apartment too! It's got comfort, a lot of storage and it's entirely safe and clean - what more could you need? To top it off, it's located in a student-friendly district and therefore surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarkets where you can do your grocery shopping. The area of this apartment is 37m2.
