This luminous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on Calle los Vascos is situated close to several university campuses. The 63 m2 flat is extremely luminous; thank goodness it comes with A/C to keep you comfortable during the hot summers! The apartment would be ideal for students as the Complutense University and the Polytechnic University is within walking distance, but professionals and couples can also benefit from renting this fully furnished and equipped apartment! The two bedrooms are spacious and come with built-in wardrobes, and one of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom. We can go on and on about how fabulous this flat is, but we think it’s quite evident from the photos that this modern apartment will make a great home for anyone!
Did we mention that the stainless steel kitchen has a semi-open plan that connects it to the beautifully decorated living and dining area? Okay, we'll stop!
