The duplex-style flat is designed impeccably, with the common spaces on the first level and the private rooms on the second floor. Using hints of orange mixed in with natural wood and bright white, the spotless property offers tenants a luxurious setting to come home to. This 66 m2 property would be ideal for students for its proximity to University of Complutense and the Polytechnic University, but professionals and couples can benefit from renting this fully furnished and equipped apartment! With added bonuses like A/C units all throughout the apartment, who wouldn't want to live here?
What we liked the most
- The apartment is completely remodeled and has spotless flooring.
- We love the duplex style of the apartment. It provides privacy for tenants, as the common areas are located downstairs and the bedrooms are on the upper level.
- There are two balconies: one accessible via the kitchen and another via the living room. Both let in a lot of natural light and you have views of the beautiful mountains and blue skies of Madrid.
- The main balcony is spacious and furnished with patio furniture. You'll have views of the green-filled neighborhood.
- There are 2 dining areas, one in the kitchen and another in the living room.
- There is A/C in all of the rooms to provide tenants with cool relief during the summer.
- The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything including an oven, toaster, and even a dishwasher!
Things to keep in mind
- As the apartment is located on the attic floor, the upper level has slanted and slightly low ceilings.
