It is very conveniently located as well, with 2 metro stations within a 5 minute walk and Gran Via, the biggest commercial street in Madrid, situated a 4 minute stroll! The apartment for rent is in itself immaculate, with wooden floors and a red and white color scheme that creates a modern and cheerful look. Shared areas include the bright living room, bathroom, and the compact yet equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher and a big fridge with a freezer. The total area of this flat is 40 m².
What we liked the most
- The location of the apartment is unbeatable- situated in the heart of the hip, vibrant area of Malasaña, you'll be immersed in the alternative culture of Madrid.
- The flat is completely renovated and has modern flooring.
- The living room has various tables, a bright L-shaped sofa, and a flat-screen TV. A truly comfortable space!
- The sofa in the living room turns into a bed, so tenants can host guests with ease.
- Being an interior, tenants will be protected from unwanted street noise. Don't worry though- the windows let in plenty of natural light!
- The kitchen now has a dishwasher and a big fridge with a freezer.
