This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unique apartment is available to rent in the vibrant and historic neighborhood of La Latina. Every bedroom has a lofted bed and a hammock, while the apartment itself features beautiful paintings and new parquet flooring.
The highlight of this property is the interior patio with wooden floors and furniture. Decorated with potted plants and another hammock, we absolutely love this oasis in the city center! La Latina, the neighborhood of the apartment, is right in the city center and you'll find traditional tapas bars, endless amount of bars, and a lively nightlife all within walking distance from the flat. This 3 bedroom apartment spans 75 m2.
What we liked the most
- The interior patio, filled with greenery, is one of the nicest and relaxing spaces we've seen. There is a countertop that connects it to the kitchen, so hosting dinner parties will be easy!
- Every room has a lofted bed, which frees a lot of space for tenants. You'll also find a hammock in each room.
- Two of the rooms are exterior and have balconies that face the street.
- La Latina is a historical and vibrant neighborhood full of character.
