Looking to rent a modern apartment in a cool area of Madrid? This one bedroom exterior flat is located in Malasaña, Madrid's youthful and alternative neighbourhood in the center. Located on calle Dueque de Osuna, the apartment is within walking distance of the Gran Vía ('The Spanish Broadway') and Plaza España. The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and the entire apartment has a nice modern aesthetic. The flat is available for rent as a whole and there is one bathroom. Those who have pets will be delighted to know that the landlord accepts animals!
What we liked the most
- The apartment's location is in perhaps the coolest neighbourhood of Madrid, Malasaña.
- The flat is very modern: everything looks shiny and new!
- The apartment is exterior and is on the top floor with multiple windows, so it receives a lot of natural light.
- For a single bedroom apartment, it is very spacious.
- The apartment is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your animal friends!
Things to keep in mind
- You will need to bring your own silverware and dishes, but the kitchen is otherwise fully equipped.
- The bedroom is located in the attic of the flat. Some parts of the bedroom have a low ceiling, but the rest of the apartment is not located in the attic.
