This budget-friendly 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 40m2 apartment for rent is an excellent choice for couples or anyone wishing to have easy access to the city centre. It is located on Calle de Valderribas in the Retiro neighborhood, just a few minutes away from the metro station. The apartment is fully furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a balcony and a bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. Both bedrooms feature plenty of storage - bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a pop up single bed, suitable for guests. The apartment is surrounded by small shops and cafes and is located just a short walk from the Retiro park.

- This apartment features chic furniture and bright colors throughout, creating a friendly atmosphere that will make you feel right at home!
- The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of cupboards and includes all necessary amenities, as well as a dishwasher.
- This is a perfect apartment for couples as the second bedroom is smaller, ideal for guests!
- The cosy living room has plenty of storage, along with a television and a balcony with fourth floor views of the street.
- Bedroom number 1 has a cosy double bed, a lot of storge and an exterior view of the street.
- You will have Madrid's favorite park, Retiro, within walking distance.
- Despite the excellent location and the chic decor, the apartment is quite affordably priced.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen has an oven, however, it is quite comopact.
- Bedroom number 2 is smaller, featuring a pop up single bed .
