This modern 1 bedroom apartment for rent, on Calle de Rosa de Silva, comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, complete with an oven and dishwasher, and a fantastic bedroom with a double bed. The 41m2 apartment also has several balconies overlooking the street and a bathroom boasting a shower. You will be living in the multicultural neighborhood of Tetuan, with easy access to the shopping area Calle Bravo Murillo, a plethora of cheap restaurants, and two supermarkets. If you like relaxing in a cultural space, the Centro de Expocisiones Arte Canal is located nearby and you will have access to plenty of public transportation, including Plaza de Castilla station, providing easy commuting into the city centre.
What we liked the most
- There is a second television in the bedroom, giving plenty of option when it comes to watching your favorite TV shows.
- The bedroom and living room both come with an air conditioning system, meaning cosy heat in the winter and cool air in the summer.
- The kitchen is equipped with ample storage space, allowing you to store everything you need with minimum fuss.
- You will have splendid views of the bustling street from your multiple balconies.
- There is a storage closet by the front door of the apartment, affording you more space in the living area.
- Plaza de Castilla station is just a 7 minute walk away.
