This modern and beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment is available for rent located in Lavapies, the heart of the buzzing city centre of Madrid. The apartment is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen. There is a spacious lounge with a chic white sofa, large television and dining table to host guests. The double bedroom is beautifully finished, with bed linen and towels included as well as an enormous wardrobe. The neighboring area is one of the most multicultural "barrios" of Madrid, full of affordable bars and ethnic restaurants. The apartment measures at 30 m2.
What we liked the most
- There is a beautiful black chandelier in the bedroom adding a certain glamour to the apartment.
- There is a large TV in the lounge and one also in the bedroom.
- There is A/C unit in the lounge and bedroom which you will very much appreciate come the summer months.
- The apartment is perfectly located between Tirso de Molina and Lavapies metro stations.
- The bills are included in the price as well as bed linen.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the third floor - but think of the exercise!

The English speaking speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires 200€ deposit if you stay for one month and one month rent for stays longer than a month. The bus stop Atocha - Costanilla Desamparados is five minutes walk from your front door where you can catch the number 6 (direction: Benavente), 26 (direction: Tirso de Molina) and 32 (direction: Benavente). From Plaza de Lavapies you can catch the M1 to Embajadores.
