This bright 60m2 apartment is fully furnished, complete with a fantastic living space with a dining area. To ensure your peace and quiet, all windows face an interior courtyard. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning units.
You will be living in one of the most buzzing areas of Madrid. Many popular streets, neighborhoods, restaurants, nightclubs and attractions are just a short walk away. The easy metro access will enable quick transportation to other parts of the city. A fantastic choice for those who prefer to live right in the heart of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- Gran Via and Puerta del Sol are just a short walk away.
- The long hallway has a large wardrobe with full-length mirrors.
- The spacious living room has a dining area as well as a seating area with a television unit.
- The bright kitchen is fully equipped, complete with an oven.
