A charming 30m2, 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's neighbourhood of Tetuán. The biggest room in the apartment is the living room which is complete with comfortable seating – the perfect place to relax after a long day at work or at University. The kitchen is partially equipped with modern appliances.
Tetuán is a lively, multicultural area that is situated to the north of Madrid's city centre. This neighbourhood is ideal for those who enjoy eating in restaurants, as there is a wide variety of different dishes and cuisines to choose from. To reach the city centre tenants must walk for 5 minutes to get to Estrecho metro station.
What we liked the most
- AC units are spread throughout the property to ensure comfort throughout the year.
- Estrecho metro station is 5 minutes from the apartment.
- The interior of the apartment is bright yet cosy.
- This property is very close to the Google corporate campus.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven but it has a microwave and a fully functioning electric stove.
- Unfortunately the bedroom does not have a window.
