Quiet and comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom interior apartment for rent in Guindalera, close to Salamanca. This wonderful 48m2 apartment is fully furnished. There is a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with a single bed.
Just a 15-minute walk away from IE Business School, this apartment is a perfect choice for students. You will be living on the border of the luxury area of Salamanca, where you can find plenty of restaurants, shops and places to relax after a long day. The apartment is close to several metro stations, including Diego de Leon and Avenida de America.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped and the oven is provided - huzzah!
- This area is very well-connected to the rest of the city.
- A metro station is just seconds away.
- You will be living on the border of Salamanca - the poshest neighborhood of Madrid.
